For many of our projects and events its volunteers that make it possible. Our projects and events provide opportunity for volunteers to become trained as assistant coaches.

Volunteers play a vital supportive role bringing guidance and encouragement to young people through each and every part of our projects and sessions.

Volunteering is a great way to increase confidence and make new friends.  Here at LoadedUK we work hard to make sure every volunteer has the best experience, whether its gaining experience in outdoor adventure or helping run school and community projects these opportunities have become life changing for many of our volunteers.
